I made a reservation, however it wasn't necessary. The waiter did not bother telling me the specials, maybe he thought I wouldn't spend much, thus tip less. Very dim, cute decor, lots of wine. Looks like a lot of good food, and they offer a discount for guests of the hotel. The HH was more of a discount, I guess the gotten discount is 15-20%. I got the Crab Rangoon pizza, it sounded interesting. Good, flavorful...i may come back for the seafood lemon garlic pasta. The pizza was a generous size and will probably last two more meals. Maybe lunches this week. Btw, the HH is truly one hour.

Rude server, even rolled his eyes at us.  Expensive restaurant, expensive wine/drinks, I expect above than average customer service.  This was the 2nd and last time I visit here.

Tip: go to the local winery, get yourself a couple of bottles of wine and go to trader Joe's, grab different cheeses and anti Pasto options and create your own platter.

Believe me, you might spend slightly less than ordering at the restaurant but you'll save on the attitude.

    You're welcome

NO!...ordered the charcuterie board online for pickup at 5:15 to take to a gathering...
Walked in at 5:20...no record of my order...good thing I had the receipt on my phone...my order was not prepared...I had to wait in that front area that looks like a retail store full of poorly displayed wine themed stuff...is this a restaurant or gift store...restaurant was nearly empty...the server said the wait wouldn't be long...what came out was horrible and SO disappointing when I arrived at my gathering...I was embarrassed and embarrassed for Carmelos's...this pitiful charcuterie board was $17...no one from the restaurant has replied to my email...if they can forget me...I can forget them...SO many better restaurants across the parking lot Venue and across Pioneers MoMo's...both restaurants have fantastic charcuterie boards!...and of course I have pictures...

We have been coming here for about a year, since we moved to the area.  The food is great BUT the service has steadily gone downhill. We went for dinner, only people there for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us.  Waitress was new, came to ask how everything was six times.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting and staff were very friendly. We started with the crab cakes and the portion was large and they were quite good. When it came to our entree, again good portions, but the flavor was lacking. I had the Poblano Salmon with risotto, and it also came with two large sprigs of asparagus. The risotto was creamy and delicious, but I the creamy poblano sauce was bland, and the salmon was under-seasoned. The asparagus looked beautiful and had a nice char, but the long woodsy stem made the lower portion inedible. They should have peeled the bottom or snapped off the bottom portion.

All in all, it was a pleasant experience, however, for the price, I expected much more flavor and attention to detail when it came to the food.
